Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds are granted (if applicable)

A full refund will be issued if the product is faulty.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

An immediate refund will be provided for non delivery. Please note that we will need to allow up to 21 working days for delivery from the time the order was placed prior to processing the refund. A working day only takes into account weekdays and excludes weekends.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
