Refunds (if applicable): Refunds will only be granted in the following situations:

  1. Faulty Product: A full refund will be issued if the product is found to be faulty.
  2. Non-original Condition: If any item is received not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): In the case of non-delivery, an immediate refund will be processed. Please note that we will allow up to 21 working days for delivery from the time the order was placed before initiating the refund. A working day only takes into account weekdays and excludes weekends.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
