The standard shipping charge is $9.95 for orders below $99. However, if your order totals $99 or more, you qualify for free shipping.

What is your delivery timeframe?

Our delivery timeframe is up to 15 working days, as our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers. We kindly request that you allow up to 21 working days before reaching out to customer service, as occasional delays in post may occur due to unforeseen reasons. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

We will promptly track your parcel and offer guidance. In cases where a tracking number is unavailable, we'll expedite a refund immediately. Kindly note that no refund will be issued for non-delivery if not reported within 21 working days from the purchase date. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Will I be charged customs/duty?

As our products are shipped globally, there might be instances where you are required to pay a duty charge on your purchase.
