What is the cost for shipping?

We are pleased to confirm that free standard shipping will apply automatically on every order. You will simply pay for the items you wish to purchase.

What is your delivery timeframe?

As all of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers, we request that you kindly allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Rest assured that we will work to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order within 4 weeks, please kindly email us on info@wallstreetwardrobe.com with your order number and details of the item in question. We will track your parcel and advise accordingly. In the event a tracking number is unavailable, we will arrange for a refund to be issued immediately! Please note no refund will be provided for non-delivery of orders within 4 weeks from the date of purchase. 

Will I be charged customs/duty?

All of our products are shipped from around the globe. This means there may be the odd occasion when you are asked to pay a duty charge on your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm the amount as it is processed by your local customs and excise authority and is out of our control. Therefore, we request that you kindly check your local import regulations prior to making your purchase.

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. As a result, we are able to provide you with excellent quality products at the very best prices.

Why do you not accept returns?

By accepting returns, we will simply add on to our overhead costs which will also reflect in the prices of our products.

How do I return a faulty product?

In the event an item is received damaged or faulty, please kindly email us a picture with details of the issue at info@wallstreetwardrobe.com. Once the product is deemed faulty, we will arrange for an immediate refund to be issued to you for the value of the item and advise on the next course of action.

 

Order Fulfillment and Cancellation

How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Please note that we are unable to amend the order once it is submitted.

How do I cancel my order?

We are able to cancel orders immediately once they are received. Please note that we will be unable to cancel an order once it is shipped by our suppliers.
